All payments via the website use the Paypal system, you do not need to have a Paypal account for this, we do not have access to any of your credit card information.
For orders placed with us via the telephone we will destroy all credit card information as soon as the details have been entered into the payment terminal, we do not keep credit card information for future purchases
We make every effort to ensure that the products are represented as accurately as possible. We recommend that you use our sampling service to ensure that the fabric you want to order suits your requirements. We will supply three samples free of charge, if you require more than three samples then there is a £5.00 charge ,or you can send us a stamped large letter envelope addresses to yourself with your request and we will return it to you with appropriate samples.All fabric is in stock at time of sampling though we do suggest that you order as soon as possible after receiving your samples as we cannot guarantee that the fabric will always be in stock. All samples sent out have a brief description, price per metre and width information attached
If there is a delay in despatching your order for any reason we will contact you by e-mail or telephone as soon as possible.
All our orders are cut to customers specific requirements, we carefully check the fabric for any flaws at the time of preparation, we request that you check your fabric on receipt before you wash or cut it. If you find a fault please contact us within 14 days of your purchase to arrange a full refund.
Fabrics that are of a natural content will have natural characteristics such as slubs and irregularities in the yarn, these are not treated as faults.
When returning faulty products to us please ensure that you obtain a proof of posting, we cannot be held responsible for returned goods that have been lost in the post and do not arrive back with us.
If a fabric is found to be faulty we will refund the costs including the return postage within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. ( we may need to contact you by telephone for your credit card information to process the refund)
For parcels returned to us because of non-collection or wrong address provided, you will have to pay the postage for the parcel to be returned to you.
